Took over a team with assurance that he would get the remaining games in. Over the next two weeks, he systematically ignored dozens of attempts by his opponents to their games in and ended up with zero games played and no valid excuses. Obviously doesn't measure up to our standards and rather than wasting more time in the future, he will not be welcomed back. |

Took his league responsibilities too lightly and stretched just about every policy we have at U.L. at one time or another. Looking over his tenure here, it is quite evident he is not the type of person of we want. He league completion rate was pathetic. |

Asked to be removed from the United Leagues by downing the organization as a whole and was unable to refrain himself from using bad language.

In less then 9 months accumulated +10 negative feedbacks (and 2 neutrals) and 3 different owners complained & confirmed of poor sportsmanship. There were big issues in 4 different hockey series. A win at all cost owner which was not a good fit here. |

Ignored deadlines and abandoned his team in NCAA. Had 7 weeks to get a team caught up and never did, all the while blaming other owners for not scheduling with HIM. Zero GNP reports. We cut this one off for good before he causes more headaches. |

This set in motion his exit and ban as he requested to be removed. Then insulted the league.

Poor communication, immature attitude, clear disrepect of his fellow owners. Repeatedly showed disregard for XBLLN policy on a number of occassions from beginning to end. A waste of time. When confronted about his issues, and a removal from a second league, he said:

Just could not understand the GNP status report policy.
Seems pretty simple, A status report of communication from the owners about the game and when / if it has been scheduled.
When I signed him up, it took 4 hours for him to understand what I wanted him to do - I had to walk him thru each step of setting these up...very frustrating...
After failing a deadline by another commish, he was dropped from all leagues...Felt it was nessesary to nip this in the bud before it got worse...
Then after a insult ridden / cursing IM convo, was banned.
Doesn't this guy run a league gaming site of his own? |

Sadly, this owner is now banned...at one time the XBLLN had a high regard for him but after losing interest in a PLAYOFF team in the XBLFL and decided to not play the final 4 remaining games, I have no choice but to terminate his XBLLN membership.

I asked him about it and he got an attitude - so I am done with this guy.
