I've been looking for something like this. Once I finish my knee rehab and am able to be more physical with my workouts, I'll definitely give it a shot.

I bought it during finals, and I start my first round June 1. Pretty excited, trying to get back in soccer shape for the Houston City League. Definitely will PM you if I have questions.

Awesome Wizard. You will be greatful you chose this. The 2nd workout is called PLYOMETRICS... THAT WORKOUT WILL get you in shape FASTER than any other. It's a kick your butt get you in shape workout. If you are into protein bars, try the chocolate/peanut butter bars that beachbody offers for P90x. That can be found on my website link as well. They are so good. Yes, any questions, just ask. I can even give meal ideas, or tips.

You would not believe the diff in me from day 1 to day 90.

I'm very active (Soccer or Golf everyday) so I'm not TOO scared of the work outs; my problem is I like food too much. So sticking to the nutrition guide is going to be my problem. Any meal tips you got would be great.

The Program works great! Danny knows what he is talking about.

Oz-my biggest issue as been trying to get in enough calories as most of the time I am under :) i tried to follow the guide for a few days but decided to track calories instead, its a bit of a pain BUT for me it works & it is a lot easier & I know where I need to be % & calories in each phase.

Dany is right this workout is sick. I'm on week 5, yeah I know Danny I shoulb be on week 7 but I sliped man. LOL. Anyway if you want a real workout this is it. I was looking in the infomercial for over a year & then I was joking with Danny one day saying he look like Tony, that when he told me he was on it and from there I got it. My only problem is I like to workout in the morning and the workouts are 1hr+. So make sure you have a good 1 1/2hrs. My fav is the PLYOMETRICS.

Tip to my man Wig, on the days where ab ripper X is on the dvd, split that up. Example, do your chest and back routine lets say, then you are done in the morning. Then at night, do the Ab Ripper X. That way you stay under an hour in the morning. YOGA X is my least favorite, but it REALLY WORKS! 96 minutes or whatever it is, is really looooong. But it's so worth it doing that workout. Glad you are back on track Wig. They just announced yesterday that FB Greg Jones of Jax does P90X!

Danny Yoga is my least favorite too. I dont think I've done a full 90min yet ha ha ha. I will do split it up starting tomorrow morning. I have legs and back along with Ad RipperX.

Cardio X has Kenpo, Plyo, Yoga, and Core synergistics all in it. Just curious if you had done your whacky jacks yet, lol. Awkward at first, that's for sure.

wow all into one..... thats sick man. I love kempo, plyo and core so I should like Cardio X. Now you have me looking forward to doing it LOL. Hopefully I can drop 15 pounds. Thats about all I want to drop man. If I can get back to between 205 - 210. I'll be good. I think 6' and 210 pounds is not bad ha ha ha

Cardio X is the only DVD I have not done. I am in week 5 (classic) & I do not beleive it is on the schedule at all? My least fav is by far Yoga, the time is a killer (+90 min). I actually like the last 45 min or so & the first 15 ar not bad, it is the 30 min gap or so were we do a ton of warrior that I find both tough & boring. I may swap Cardio instead of Yoga every few weeks.

Hey Gambler you're right.... After I post my reply I went home and look and notice that I do not do Cardio X this week(on my 5th week also). As a matter of fact I dont see it in classic LOL. I dont know what I was thinking. I guess I was thinking about swapping out kempo/yoga for cardio. IDK.... anyway I may do like you Gambler and swap out yoga man. Like you thats my least fav. I hate those warrior poses too.

Hey, remember this post? Well, it's time for me to do another round of P90X. Anyone want to start with me? There are support groups online at beachbody.com, and facebook. It is much easier when you have a group of people as support to stay motivated. Let me know if anyone is interested in starting P90X.
